Learning Center HomeEnglish as a Second Language: The ESL curriculum is competency based and provides individualized instruction for adults with limited English proficiency to acquire skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension of English language. The eight broad topics are personal identification and communication, money and banking, food and shopping, clothing, housing, health, transportation, and employment.
