I began my academic career with Cleveland Community College at 30 years of age. Even though my life is fulfilled by being a husband and head of household, and managing a full time job, I chose to continue my schooling because I believe in higher education and becoming a well-rounded individual. A career in the electrical/electronic technology field has always intrigued me, and CCC has given me the opportunity to explore this goal.
Taking advantage of CCC’s wide range of courses and flexibility of scheduling, I have been able to attend day and night classes. Quality education and excellent teachers have made my experiences challenging and life altering. All of my instructors have taken a special interest in guiding my success. Through hands-on activities, use of technology, lectures, and hybrid courses, I have not only become knowledgeable in my field but confident in my ability.
The education I have received has already proven beneficial in all aspects of my life. Through my experiences at CCC, a passion for electronics has been ignited. Therefore, I will continue my education by pursuing an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
