Group with text A Note from the instructor:
ITN 130 Web Site Management was a great learning experience for all of us. The class goal was to progressively learn the elements of developing and maintaining a Web Site. Through the process of the course, topics were introduced to prepare the student for the overall project. So, as we moved through the lessons,Class Working essential elements of the organization, development, and maintenance of a Web site were implemented in a real world project. The project idea began from a conversation between Theresa Gauthier and me during a campus clean-up day. The final result of that conversation is what you see in this completed site.Class Working Picture 2 I must note that this work was done in a period of five weeks, with no Internet tools. What does "no Internet tools" mean? Well, the student successes are based on their ability to organize and build a Web site from HTML and cascading style sheet code; the hard way. On top of all of this, the class functioned as a team to complete these tasks.Cropped Group PictureEach student had a part to play in the development of this site. It was a wonderful experience that has prepared them to move forward to more advanced subject matter. I want to thank every single person on this team for making this project a success!
